The Pleasant Ridge School District (PRSD) would like to install new carpet and flooring in several classrooms at three of the PRSD school sites. Cottage Hill Elementary 22600 Kingston Lane Grass Valley CA 95949 rooms 1,2,7,8,9,10,12,13,14,15,17,18,19,20,22,23,25,26,27,30. Magnolia Intermediate 22431 Kingston Lane Grass Valley CA 95949 Rattler Pit building. Alta Sierra Elementary 16607 Annie Drive Grass Valley CA 95949 Student Services offices. Work with the PRSD maintenance and operations staff to prepare rooms for furniture removal. Proposals should include demo, prep, flooring choices, wall base, transition strips, etc. Material requested: Carpet tile is Design medley 2 color 988 variation, Vinyl plank is Forest Lawn 5.0 color #838 portobello, 4 inch black rubber base, and varied transition strips as required per area. Cottage Hill: Twenty rooms. Approximately 15,050 square feet of carpet tile area and 2,320 square feet of vinyl plank flooring. Magnolia Intermediate: Rattler Pit modular approximately 1,080 square feet of carpet tile area and 464 square feet of vinyl flooring. Alta Sierra: Four student services offices plus IT area is approximately 1,008 square feet of carpet tiles. This is a Public Works project and requires prevailing wage requirements. PRSD reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All materials submitted to PRSD in response to this RFP shall remain the property of PRSD and considered part of public record.
