Description

Remodeling of an educational facility in Grass Valley, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a five-room educational facility.

The modular building F currently has a Bard wall mount unit, which will be removed and replaced with ductless mini split units. The project includes installing four ductless heat pumps in the offices, each with minimum efficiencies of SEER2=18 and HSPF2=9, and each unit being a high wall head (9kBtuh). The computer room will receive one ductless heat pump with a minimum efficiency of SEER2=18 and HSPF2=9, high wall head (12kBtuh). The installation also requires five lineset covers (not painted), remote controllers, and a fresh air fan for the offices. Proposals must comply with prevailing wage requirements and all materials submitted will remain property of PRSD and be considered part of the public record.
