Reference Number 0000321478 The work under this contract involves providing engineering services for Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) and sewer closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspections for the Toronto Transit Commission's Civil Design Section. The scope includes obtaining and reviewing utility records, utility locating and designation using geophysical methods, surveying and test pit investigations, sewer and appurtenance cleaning, and CCTV and 3D camera condition assessments of sewers, lateral pipes, catch basins, maintenance holes, and chambers. The work also involves preparing stamped engineering condition assessment reports with repair recommendations, securing permits, coordinating with utility owners and regulators, implementing site safety and traffic control measures, managing waste disposal, restoring work sites, complying with applicable by-laws and regulations, and providing quality assurance and control throughout project execution.
