The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is seeking a pre-qualified firm interested in providing Demolition and Removal of Improvements, Structures or Other Encumbrances in the Right of Way or Easement Areas. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bid arrives on or before the specified time. No bids will be accepted after the time set for receipt. Restriction of communication is in effect for this project; respondents are not allowed to communicate about this solicitation or scope with any staff of GDOT, except for submission of questions as instructed. For violation, GDOT reserves the right to reject the submittal of the offending respondent. Pre-qualification requirements: This solicitation is open only to potential bidders who currently hold prequalification status for Right of Way Property Management Services issued by GDOT and who hold a current prequalification certificate. Bids received by any firm not currently listed on GDOTs prequalification listing will not be considered for award. Potential bidders who have not been prequalified by GDOT must apply for prequalification through GDOTs website under Prequalification in the Business Opportunities tab, specifically for "Right-of-Way Services". The Georgia Department of Transportation has adopted a 15% overall annual goal for DBE participation on all projects.
