Bond requirements are as follows: (a) A performance bond for construction contracts shall be payable to CATA in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the full contract amount as a guarantee of good faith on behalf of the Contractor that the Contractor will perform all of its obligations under the contract. (b) A payment bond shall be payable to CATA in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the full amount of any construction contract to assure payment as required by law of all persons supplying labor and material in the execution of work provided for in the contract.
