The general work requested is the installation of non-intrusive detection cameras at existing signalized intersections. This project is located at 15 intersections on the north side in the City of Milwaukee. All work on this contract shall be completed by June 30, 2027. Bid security required is 10% of the contractor's base bid. The SBE Compliance Plan (Form A) must be submitted with the bid and is an element of bid responsiveness. The contractor must note the SBE, residency, and apprenticeship forms for this project, as improperly filled forms will cause rejection of the bid. Electronic bid documents must be submitted before the date and time of the bid opening, and contractors are strongly encouraged to use Bid Express for submission. All contractors awarded a contract valued at $25,000.00 or more are required to participate in training on the City of Milwaukee's B2GNow contract compliance software within 30 days of the contract award date and regularly provide timely subcontractor payment information. The Prime Contractor must participate in training on the City of Milwaukee's Labor Compliance Reporting Software and provide timely payroll information throughout the contract term. Contractor must comply with all provisions of the City of Milwaukee General Official Notice to Contractors.
