The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, tools, supervision and any other items required in order to provide a subaqueous horizontal directional drill pipe crossing of the Halifax River and a horizontal directional drill pipe installation along Beach Street from Tomoka Avenue to Lincoln Avenue. The project includes approximately 4,695 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE force main; 4,515 linear feet of 18-inch HDPE reclaimed water main; 1,280 linear feet of 16-inch PVC force main; 1,075 linear feet of 16-inch reclaimed water main; 3,500 linear feet of six-inch HDPE IT conduit strapped to the 18-inch HDPE reclaimed water main; gate valves; air release valves/vaults; pavement replacement; sodding, restoration and appurtenances.
