The Scope of Work includes the following: Repair of structural support under sidewalk and replacement of sidewalk. All prospective bidders are hereby notified that the contracts will require contractors and subcontractors to comply with certain state and local statutory and regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to, the following: o Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates. The Projects require all prime contractors and subcontractors to pay all laborers and mechanics employed on the Projects wages at rates not less than those prevailing on projects of a character similar in the locality. All Contractor's submitting bids must be able to meet all the Requirements of this Ordinance if the total of the base bid and all alternates submitted are equal to $350,000.00 and above. Bids totaling less than $350,000 will not have to meet item #10 A & B of the ordinance. This ordinance pertains to all contractors and their subcontractors.
