The projects include Pacific Highway Non-Motorized Trail Phase 3, 21st Ave SW Preservation, S 320th St Preservation, High Friction Surface Treatments, and other city-funded projects. Firms will be evaluated and ranked based on criteria such as firm experience, key personnel, ability to meet schedule, past performance on similar projects, familiarity with WSDOT standards, and references. The City assures that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids and will not be discriminated against based on race, color, national origin, or sex. Contractors must comply with all applicable requirements for non-discrimination and administration of USDOT-assisted contracts, with violations considered a material breach that may result in contract termination or other remedies.
