Question Deadline 05/22/2026 All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed to rfisca@nycsca.org, in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled, or, if applicable, postponed bid opening date. Extent of Work Removal and demolition of selected items from selected areas of the building as indicated on the Drawings; items to be removed include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Removal of existing roofing and associated appurtenances. 2. Removal of existing parapet elements. 3. Removal of existing guardrails. 4. Removal of existing interior finishes as required. 5. Removal of existing landscaping within the limits of work. 6. Removal of existing exterior masonry and associated appurtenances as indicated. 7. Removal of existing roof drains. 8. Removal of existing vent piping. 9. Removal of existing exhaust vents. 10. Removal of other miscellaneous items as indicated in the Contract Documents.
