Price Township, Monroe County will receive sealed bids online for “2026 Road Paving” on various roads in Price Township. All materials must meet PennDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified. The work consists of 1731 Tons of Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design, Wearing Course, PG64S-22, 0 to .3 Million ESALs, 9.5 MM Mix, 1 ½” Depth, SRL-L. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid made payable to Price Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages will apply to this contract. The township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and/or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Municipality.
