Questions regarding the Request for Proposal and Bid must be submitted in writing and received by CM Company, Inc.; Project Construction Manager, NO LATER THAN FIVE (5) WORKING DAYS PRIOR TO BID OPENING. Questions received after this date will not be considered. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT A. The scope of work for this project at the existing Borah High School includes replacement of air handling units and fan coils, and the addition of chilled water coils. Work shall include removal and repair of existing drywall ceilings and walls, miscellaneous framing, and all other work necessary to accommodate the improvements. Provide all associated mechanical and electrical work as required by, specified in, and indicated on the Contract Documents.
