Site work and paving for a civil project in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the upgrade of approximately one half mile of streets through full depth reclamation of the existing streets along with the construction of approximately 3600 linear feet of ribbon curb and drainage upgrades and other related appurtenances. This seventh phase of streets will consist of areas in Horseshoe Bay West, the Horseshoe Bay Proper and Horseshoe Bay South Subdivision. Qualified contractors shall have experience with at least three similar type jobs within the last seven years. Qualified contractors will be limited in use of subcontractors to a maximum of 50% of the work.
