Demolition for a mixed-use development in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development and water / sewer project.
The infrastructure for approximately 18,000 linear feet of offsite water main to serve the development. Commencement of Contract Time: The Contract Time begins to run as indicated in the Notice to Proceed. CONTRACTOR is required to begin Work within 7 calendar days of the date indicated on the Notice to Proceed. The CONTRACTOR will be allowed 275 calendar days to achieve Substantial Completion. The CONTRACTOR will be allowed 30 calendar days to achieve Final Completion. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system or directly to the Engineerjcastello@cudeengineers.com and jmckinnie@cudeengineers.com) not less than six (6) calendar days (May 26, 2026 @ 5:00) before the Bid opening.
