Provide Design-Build services including full design and construction to renovate the interior of Building 2263 (B2263). The design scope shall include design progression submittals from 35 percent through Issue for Construction (IFC). Work includes renovation of interior spaces, correction of interior and minor exterior deficiencies from previous renovation efforts, installation of a standby generator, and completion of various site work items. The contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, design, construction, installation, and performance in accordance with the Statement of Work. The building is classified as historical; therefore, applicable design elements shall be reviewed and approved by the appropriate historical agencies. All work shall be performed in accordance with the approved design documents, Statement of Work, and all attachments and appendices uploaded to SAM.gov. Magnitude of this project is between $25M and $100M.
