Clouse WRC Biosolids System Upgrades Project, SAWS Job No. 22-6502. The project includes but is not limited to construction of a new centralized biosolids building with new solids screen presses, thickening, and dewatering equipment; new cake storage silos within the building; new maintenance, office, and storage spaces within the building; construction of two new pump stations, parking lot, access road, sidewalks, and yard piping; replacement of pumps, piping, and accessories at two existing pump stations; demolition of the existing sludge screening, thickening, and dewatering facilities; associated site/civil, mechanical, structural, architectural, electrical and instrumentation and controls work. Respondents will need to submit a request by August 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM (CDT) to receive access to the File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site via email to stephen.muniz@saws.org. Respondent's email requesting access to the FTP site shall provide the legal name of the Respondent's company and the intended recipient's email address and phone number. No requests for FTP site access will be accepted after August 31, 2026, at 2:00 PM (CDT). Electronic proposals shall be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price.
