Description

Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 2,000-square-foot medical facility; and for the renovation of a medical facility.

The Bexar County Hospital District /dba/ The University Health, is soliciting sealed bids for Infusion Clinic Expansion at University Hospital. The project consists of expansion of the existing Infusion Clinic located on the First Floor of the Rio Tower at University Hospital, 4502 Medical Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78229 as more fully described in the attached solicitation specifications and construction documents. The scope of work includes but is not limited to; expanding the existing Infusion Clinic to include approximately 2,321 square feet of clinical space. The expanded area will accommodate eight (8) new patient infusion stations, along with the associated support spaces as required for clinical operations.
