Site work for a water / sewer project in San Antonio, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of approximately 6,174 linear feet of 8-inch, 2,285 linear feet of 12-inch, 1,526 linear feet of 16-inch, and 2,927 linear feet of 20-inch water main by Open Cut, 158 linear feet of 24-inch, 40 linear feet of 42-inch casing by pipe jacking construction method, and street pavement repair in accordance with City of San Antonio street repair requirements, as well as all other associated appurtenances included in the contract documents for the 2023 Water Main Replacement Project 4, SAWS Job No. 23-4005. Proposals must be submitted electronically via Secure Share site and be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check/certified check in an amount not less than five percent of the total proposal price. Firms responding are prohibited from communicating with SAWS staff, the Consultant, the Developer, or COSA officials regarding the RFCSP until the contract is awarded, as outlined in the instructions to respondents. Further details on obtaining plans, specifications, and instructions for electronic proposal submittal are provided by the San Antonio Water System.
