Bids are solicited for furnishing the goods, supplies, equipment and/or services as set forth in this solicitation. The scope includes removal and installation of an Automatic Transfer Switch (ASCO or equal) stainless steel; all electrical work; programming the controller; and testing the Automatic Transfer Switch after installation and programming. The scope also requires verification that the generator starts when the ATS transfers to Emergency position, and that the generator cools down after transferring to Normal utility power and shuts down. Bids must be received electronically or by sealed bid in the Purchasing Office by the date and time specified. Sealed bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed as required, and clearly marked on the outside with the bid number, bid name, closing date, and company name. Electronic bids cannot be accepted after the specified date and time. Sealed bids received late will be returned and not considered. The undersigned agrees, if the bid is accepted, to furnish any and all items upon which prices are offered, at the specified prices and upon the terms and conditions contained in the specifications. The period of acceptance of this bid will be 90 calendar days after bid opening date. Online submission is highly recommended to expedite the process and reduce errors.
