Responses to questions will be posted on the website no later than April 27, 2026 Port San Antonio plans to issue a Request for Proposal to provide a roof replacement for Building 655. Interested firms must submit an electronic proposal to contractinginfo@portsanantonio.us no later than 2:00 p.m. (Central Time), April 20, 2026. A pre-submittal conference and a mandatory site tour are required for prospective bidders. Contractors must have their company logo on their vehicles to attend the site visit, and must be escorted for interior roof access. Only prime firms in attendance at the mandatory site visit will have their responses accepted. Inquiries may be submitted electronically to the provided email.
