It includes common excavation, ditch construction with erosion protection, topsoil, and seeding. The project covers the supply and installation of new sanitary sewer, manholes, manhole frames and covers, connections to existing manholes, maintenance of uninterrupted sanitary services and bypass pumping, supply and installation of clay, over excavation and disposal of unsuitable material, washed rock placement, installation of special foundation, storm sewer, catch basins, stormwater drainage maintenance, watermain, tie-in connections to existing watermain, gate valves, fire hydrants, flush points, water supply maintenance, sub-grade preparation, reuse and installation of existing gravel base, new gravel base, new asphalt concrete paving, cement stabilization, geotextile, geogrid, maintenance of uninterrupted access, restoration of private access, new street lights, concrete walkway, curb and gutter, topsoil, seeding, and sod installation.
