Description

Alleghany County is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the abatement of hazardous materials at the Rosedale Building. A comprehensive assessment and abatement plan has been completed and is included, detailing findings and areas with confirmed hazardous material samples. The facility includes the basement, main floor (1st floor), second floor, exterior, and roof. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal necessary to complete the abatement of hazardous materials in accordance with the provided abatement plan. All work must comply with applicable regulations, including but not limited to EPA, OSHA, Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), and Virginia Department of Labor and Industry (DOLI)..
