This item shall consist of furnishing and applying liquid asphalt and furnishing and delivery of seal coat aggregate for resealing existing bituminous surfaces being maintained under the provisions of the Illinois Highway Code. The material is to be applied to streets shown on a map on file in the Office of the City Clerk of Percy, Illinois. 1a.
