Site work for an educational facility in Wilmette, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
The proposed work is installation of solar powered school zone beacons. The project is referred to as SOLAR POWERED SCHOOL ZONE BEACONS, as further described in the Specifications section. Bidders must submit their bids on DemandStar.com. A bid bond is not required. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all posted addenda and must provide written acknowledgment of each addendum with their submitted bid. Any questions related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the specified Purchasing Manager; all other communications with Village staff, officials, or consultants regarding this solicitation are prohibited and may result in disqualification. Bidders' responses are subject to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act; no part will be considered confidential by the Village. Question Deadline 05/07/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Any questions related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to Cliff Ruemmler, Purchasing Manager, at Purchase@wilmette.com. Questions received by the Village, including the Villages responses will be consolidated and posted on web site and the Village's website.
