This event is to secure a firm, delivered price for screened and unscreened sandrock, used as needed by the Water Resources and Field Operations Departments. Departments will pick up this product. Bidders must enter the price for 1 ton of screened sandrock and 1 ton of unscreened sandrock. No price breaks or alternate responses are allowed, and no add-on charges are allowed. Bids are to be submitted electronically by the specified close time. The City reserves the right to evaluate all bids and make the award in the best interest of the City, which may include awarding in whole or in part. Bidders must ensure their bids are thoroughly completed and properly submitted. The Purchase Order and/or Contract number must appear on all invoices. Bidders are required to comply with all stated specifications, terms, and conditions, including insurance, safety regulations, and nondiscrimination policies. The City promotes equal opportunity and encourages participation from Minority and Women Business Enterprises. The City only solicits bids through its e-procurement system. All vendors or contractors are required to maintain a drug-free workplace and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
