Reference Number 0000423796 The purpose of this RFP is to create a pre-qualified list of eligible vendors to provide the requested Excavation and Related Services (See Section 3 of RFP). This competitive RFP allows the DPW to solicit interest, evaluate respondents and award one or more respondents with service contracts.
