Furnish and place approximately 64 tons of 19.0 mm asphalt paving material; perform approximately 102 tons of roadway base repairs; furnish and place approximately 22 tons of 9.5 mm asphalt paving material; and furnish and place approximately 6 tons of 2A aggregate. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as awarded, as well as proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. Proposals must be made upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
