The Project includes the following Work: Replace existing water lines along Schoolhouse Road and Middle Road, Limestone Township, Lycoming County PA. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of Lycoming County Water & Sewer Authority, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit and additional supporting documents with the bid. Bids may be held by the Lycoming County Water & Sewer Authority for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The Lycoming County Water & Sewer Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts. This project is being supported by federal award number SLFRP2851, awarded to the County of Lycoming by the U.S. Department of Treasury. Question Deadline 02/19/2026 , 4:00 PM EST Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer via electronically or in the case of a hard copy plan holder via writing.
