Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania is accepting sealed bids for Snow and Ice Removal Services in the Township for the 2025 - 2028 season. Upper Fairfield Township, Lycoming County, Pennsylvania is requesting bids for Snow and Ice Removal Services. This includes furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials, except salt and anti-skid, to conduct proper snow and ice removal in a satisfactory and safe manner. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any informality that the Township may determine necessary. Bids should include, and the Township may consider, the following: qualifications, price, experience, list of equipment, list of staff, solvency, safety record, financial standing with the Township, warranties, references, and insurance bonding. Bidders may provide, and the Township may consider, other information as listed in the Invitation to Bid, Proposal Specifications, or any other information submitted by the Bidder. All proposals must be signed, sealed, and marked "Snow Removal Bid." Questions should be directed to the Township Road Master, Rich Hillegas, at 570-560-3413. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part of the bid or to waive any minor discrepancies when deemed to be in the interest of the Township.
