Site work for a mixed-use development in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility; and transportation facility.
Bids shall be prepared and submitted on the prescribed forms in accordance with instructions contained in the Instructions to Bidders and General Provisions (Section 20) Divisions of the Project Manual. Each bidder must deposit with his/her proposal a bid security in an amount equal to at least 10% of the Base Bid. Said security shall be in the form and subject to the conditions given in Section 20 of the General Provisions. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 120 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents. Doc note: The drawings, specifications and other contract documents are on file and open to the public for inspection during normal business hours at the office of the OWNER, Williamsport Municipal Airport Authority, 724 Airport Road, Suite A106 Montoursville, PA 17754. The Williamsport Municipal Airport Authority expressly reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the same.
