The site for the proposed self-supporting towers is located at 41.21722N, 76.95694W, according to documents in the Request for Proposal (RFP), as shown on the Exploration Location Plan, Figure 2.The site can be accessed via Skyline Drive (private road, also known as Shaffers Path Road) from either US15 south, or SR554. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials (with the exception of Government Furnished Material, GFM), and equipment required to perform the work described within the Statement of Work/Specifications/Drawings in accordance with requirements described herein as well as any attachments. It is anticipated that a firm-fixed-price type construction contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. CST on March 15, 2019 to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals.
