Penndot District 9-0 in Central Pennsylvania a&a Consultants (a&a) Has Been Contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (Penndot) to Perform Safety Inspections of Various Overhead Sign Structures Located Throughout Penndot District 9-0 in Central Pennsylvania. The Contractor Must Provide Mpt in Strict Accordance With the Current Penndot Publication 213 and Make Available the Following Equipment in Good Working Order Along With Properly Trained, Competent, Equipment Operators. - One (1) 40 Vertical Reach Articulating Telescopic Bucket Truck. - One (1) or Two (2) Shadow Vehicles as Required Per the Current Publication 213 - One (1) Equipment (Tool) Truck With Flashing Yellow Beacon Light - Various Tools and Equipment to Perform Bolt Replacement on Sign Structures (Required List of Tools Are Provided With Bid Package) - Traffic Control Equipment and Signs for Traffic Patterns on High-volume Roadways for Daylight Inspections in Accordance With the Current Penndot Publication 213. a&a Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids Deemed Not in Conformance With the Bid Requirements.
