As of August 2, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Demolition of 416 Spruce Street, Montoursville, Pennsylvania Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total amount of the Bid. Bid security shall be released to unsuccessful bidders within 120 days after the date of bid opening. The Montoursville Borough Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, or to accept any part of a bid without accepting the whole thereof, or to accept such bid as they deem to be in the best interest of the Borough.
