Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This Project Involves the Installation of Approximately Twenty (20) Curb Ramps at Three (3) Street Intersections Along Third Street and Three (3) Street Intersections Along Fourth Street. A Certified Check or Bank Draft Payable to the Order of the Borough of Montoursville, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond Executed by the Bidder and an Acceptable Surety in an Amount Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Total of the Bid, Shall Be Submitted With Each Bid. The Bidder Shall Include the Fully Completed Non-collusion Affidavit With the Bid. In Addition to the Equal Employment Requirements of Executive Order 11246 Regarding Discrimination, the Contractor Must Establish a 6.9% Goal for Female Participation and a 1% Goal for Minority Participation in His/her Aggregate on-site Construction Workforce for Contracts in Excess of $10,000. The Borough of Montoursville is Utilizing Federal Funds for This Project, and With Lycoming County Has Adopted a Minority and Women Business Enterprise (Mbe/wbe) Plan in Accordance With Executive Orders 11625, 12138, and 12432 and a Section 3 Action Plan in Accordance With Title 24 Part 75 Code of Federal Regulations. The Borough of Montoursville Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, to Waive Any Irregularities, or to Negotiate Contract Amounts.
