Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montoursville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Successful bidders, must enter into the Agreement and furnish a Contract Bond and evidence of required insurance with fifteen (15) days after notification acceptance of such proposals, all as more specifically required in the Contract Documents. Wages as predetermined by the US Secretary of Labor and Industry and included in the specifications and contract documents and/or addenda thereto shall be used by the CONTRACTOR in paying labor in connection with the work under this contract. All work under this contract shall be subject to the regulations contained in Division 8 of the Project Manual. The Williamsport Municipal Airport Authority is committed to assuring that small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and Economically Disadvantaged Individuals (DBE) are included in projects it sponsors. Overall goals have been established as 0.74%% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises for the fiscal year 2021. Proposals must include the percentage involvement of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises along with the names of the firms involved, and the completed certification. Please note that certification as a DBE by the PA UCP is separate and distinct from other certification programs. The only source that should be used for verification of current eligibility of a DBE Firm is the PA UCP website at www.paucp.com. Physical certification letters and/or expiration dates should not be requested from DBE Firms.
