Sealed Bids are invited for the Veterans Park Improvements Project for the Borough of Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania. All bidding documents are available online at no cost. Proposals must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened, and also reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein, and to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
