This work consists of construction of an LED lighting upgrade for the Rochester Town Office Building (67 School Street, Rochester, VT). Bidders are instructed to examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions before submitting a proposal. Construction must be completed by 15 November 2026. The existing interior lighting for the first floor consists primarily of T8 fluorescent recessed troffers. The lower-level lighting consists primarily of T12 fluorescent recessed troffers and wraparound fixtures. All fixtures are currently controlled via manual switches.
