April 1, 2026 - Extend the closing date until April 13, 2026. Provide and install a pre-engineered building on the Green Mountain National Forest to match the exterior appearance of the existing Rochester Workshop. The structure shall be designed by the Contractor or building manufacturer and supported by foundations extending below frost depth. Work includes furnishing and installing a concrete slab floor, electrical power and lighting, required site work, and all other miscellaneous items as depicted in the project plans. Construction shall conform to the specified style, configuration, and performance requirements identified in the project drawings and associated documents. The estimated magnatude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
