Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rochester, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Re-surfacing and partial depth reconstruction of "Skatespace" recreational area. Existing Skatespace area is 73' wide x 114' long with an asphalt surface and asphalt perimeter curb. Existing surface to be removed and replaced with new 73' x 90' reinforced concrete slab with a reinforced concrete curb around the perimeter. Optional bid alternate for replacing the existing asphalt surface in-kind with a new asphalt surface and asphalt curb. Project will include minor regrading and addition of crushed gravel material to existing subgrade and compaction under new surface.
