This work consists of construction of multiple HVAC improvements for the Rochester Town Office Building (67 School Street, Rochester, VT), including installation of heat pumps, a condensing propane furnace, and energy recovery ventilators. Bidders shall examine the town scope documents, visit the work site if necessary, and fully inform themselves as to all existing conditions before submitting a proposal.
