Sealed bids are invited for the Replacement of Tillotson Road Bridge over Thompson Brook. The Town reserves the right to amend or terminate the invitation for bid, accept all or any part of a bid, reject all bids, accept or reject any combination of alternates, waive any informalities or non-material deficiencies in a bid, and award the bid to the lowest responsible and qualified bid that meets the set criteria and is in the best interests of the Town. This contract is subject to state spending allocation goals and contract compliance requirements. Minority/Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to apply.
