Description

Demolition, site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Mequon, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a swimming pool; for the demolition of a municipal facility; swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; municipal facility; municipal facility; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

The City of Mequon is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide development design, architectural, pool amenity and configuration, landscaping and engineering services for the implementation of Mequon Commons Master Plan Phase One. This phase includes the demolition of the existing Mequon Community Pool, construction of a new aquatic complex and shared support building, and development of an adjacent plaza and a City Hall ADA entrance. Construction document and construction management services will be awarded separately.
