Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Design-bid-build minor construction project to upgrade elevators P13 and P14 in the University Drive Bed Tower serving floors 1 through 6, including full replacement of the elevator cars and all associated systems and utilities that have exceeded their serviceable life expectancy. Work includes all design and construction activities required to remove and replace existing equipment with new systems in accordance with project requirements. The project will be executed under a firm-fixed-price contract, evaluated using lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procedures, with a performance period of approximately 365 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. Location: Pittsburgh VA Medical Center, University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240, United States. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
