Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Replace the University Drive Bed Tower elevators P13 and P14 that serve floors 1 through 6 with full modernization of the elevator cars and all associated systems and utilities that have exceeded their serviceable life. The work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and construction services required to remove existing elevator components and install complete, fully functional replacement elevator systems in accordance with final specifications and drawings prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer. The project will be executed using a design-bid-build approach and includes all coordination, construction activities, and system integration necessary to deliver safe, reliable, and code-compliant elevator service in an occupied medical facility environment. The magnitude of construction is between $2,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
