Reference Number 0000423925 Colorado Mountain College's Steamboat Springs Campus is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to replace the concrete at the northwest entrance of the Academic Building. Question Deadline 05/27/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted via email to bids@coloradomtn.edu. Colorado Mountain College's Steamboat Springs Campus is requesting quotes from qualified firms and/or individuals to replace the concrete at the northwest entrance of the Academic Building. The areas needed are as follows: o Replacement of staircase. Stairs are approximately 14 feet wide and 12 stairs tall. They are colored with red die and new concrete should match. o Filling in of area in front of entrance that currently has grates in it. Grate holes are currently 6 feet by 6 feet and around 6 inches deep. This area should also be died to match current concrete in area. o Replace current pavers with concrete in patio area. This area is approximately 20 feet by 40 feet. CMC will retain possession of bricks and will supply pallets to put them on. o Contractor will handle all demolition and disposal of old concrete. Photos of areas are supplied. TIMELINE To be completed by August 1, 2026
