III. Project Overview and Scope of Work The project consists of primary components as shown in the plan set attached to this document as Exhibit A and summarized as listed below: o Installation of 135 linear feet of 24-inch SDR-35 PVC sanitary sewer pipe, including all associated manholes, bedding, and appurtenances per City of Steamboat Springs Standards, Latest Edition. o Boring and installation of 66 linear feet of 36-inch diameter steel casing beneath the UPRR right-of-way. o Implementation of a sanitary sewer bypass pumping plan. o Full responsibility for UPRR permitting, flagging, inspections, and coordination. o Collaboration with the City to evaluate whether a revised design within the existing easement may improve constructability or reduce risk.
