Questions are submitted online No Duration: 6 months All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via email only to Sam Szaroletta at sams@spicergroup.com. questions must be received by 5 p.m. on Monday, April 17, 2026.
