The Town of Hilliard proposes to construct a new 11,600-square-foot, single-story Hurricane Storm Shelter and Multipurpose building to serve the local citizenry in the event of an emergency storm and for the general purpose as a Gymnasium and Community Center. The facility will be located within the Oxford Park Recreational Facility. The new building will replace the existing Annex Building slated for demolition.
