The work consists of approximately 4,100 square yards of select base repair, 40 tons of wearing course, and 300 square yards of soft and yielding. Each proposal must include a proposal security equaling ten percent (10%) of the total amount. Proposals must remain effective for forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of opening, and the work must be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days following receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Prevailing Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry apply. Contractors must be PennDOT prequalified. Portions of the project may be modified or eliminated due to budget limitations. Marion Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or parts thereof. Contract documents are available for a non-refundable fee.
