The work will consist of designing, supplying, and delivering the concrete box culverts. Signed and sealed shop drawings shall be submitted to the Township engineer for review. Bids will be publicly awarded on June 30, 2022 at 7:30 pm (local time) at the Marion Township Township Building, 420 Water Street, Stouchsburg, PA 19567. The bid must be accompanied by a Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to Marion Township. Also required are a properly executed Bid Form, Non-Collusion Affidavit, Certification Statement, and Contractor's Qualification Statement. The successful bidder shall also provide a Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount within ten (10) calendar days of written notice of acceptance of the Bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or to accept any portion of any bid, waiving any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities, and to award Contracts as is deemed best for the Township.
