Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Whittier, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a industrial development.

This project will improve the performance of the existing stormwater capture system to minimize stormwater monitoring and sampling frequency. The project includes replacing and upsizing the existing 15 hp storm water pump to 25 hp submersible pump at Drainage Area 3, installation of approximately 1,270 linear feet of 12-inch PVC pipe, and replacing 170 linear feet of 10-inch PVC pipe.
